Act V, Scene viii
Our first foray into Shakespeare Jr. It started as a mere flight of fancy — something that occurred to us over lunch one day. As a high school English teacher, I have my sophomores film a scene from Macbeth after we read the play in class. When coronavirus forced us into distance learning last month, this project came home, and, well, the kids got curious.
Ronan was very insistent on doing a scene with a sword fight. Ironically, he now has trouble watching this one. I think he feels a little bad about shanking his sister.
